Estimates, not rates

FreightPrep gives estimates to help you prepare a shipment. The final class, rate, reweigh and reclassification are set by the carrier. Check the numbers before you commit to a price. We are not a carrier or a freight broker.

Third parties

Names such as FedEx and UPS belong to their owners. FreightPrep is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their tools and sites have their own terms.

Lía, the assistant

Lía is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Confirm anything important with the carrier or a qualified professional. Her answers are not legal, customs or tax advice.

FreightPrep Pro

Pro is a subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown when you buy, and it renews each period until cancelled. To cancel, contact us. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. For a billing problem or a refund request, contact us and we will review it.

Fair use

Do not use FreightPrep to send false or altered quotes, to break the law, or to attack, overload or get around the limits of the service. Your customer quotes are your responsibility.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for freight charges, reclassifications or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
